How much is the deposit?
For each vehicle, you will pay different insurance. Please, give us a call and we will let you know. This money will be returned to you when we see your bike or e-scooter returned without damage.
What should I do if I have accident or accidentally damage the vehicle and/or rented gear?

What if my vehicle breaks down on the road or it is not working properly?

Can I travel on a ferry with the rented vehicle to other islands?
No.
What are my responsibilities during the rental period?
Ride safely and take care of the vehcile like it is your own. You should also ensure secure parking during the night.
What if I like the vehicle so much that I want it keep it for more days?
Please call us to ask if the vehicle is available for a longer period.
Where can I pick up the vehicle?
We can deliver your vehicle to the Airport or the South of Gran Canaria for an additional fee. Otherwise, it will be free of charge at our base in Calle Portugal 70, Guanarteme, Las Palmas 35010.
